The Team

Staffing a school is one of the most difficult tasks in the Human Resources industry. At Kiddie Quest this process of recruitment has been developed and refined over the years to select excellence and weed out mediocrity.

Today we have a group of continuously evolving academic and administrative staff, led by a passionate head, who have all been through rigorous, continuous on-the-job training and professional development in every aspect of their jobs to enable them delivery the Kiddie Quest standard. Some of them have been with us since we started and some joined later on, caught the vision and are still running with it, and as a school we are super proud of this team.

Meet a few of them!

Mrs. Efioanwan Andah

The visionary! Mrs. Andah is the founding director of Kiddie Quest Schools School. She is the driving force behind the dream and vision that became Kiddie Quest Schools. She is an unapologetic advocate in doing things the Christian way and truly believes that Christianity should be the stimulant for excellence in everything we do. Her passion for God is only almost matched by her desire to achieve and maintain excellent standards in her school, staff and children, and through the grace of God, she has excelled in both. She is a seasoned educator and has been so for decades. By far one of her most distinguishing excellences is the heart of pure gold she has been blessed with. This allows her to effectively put to practice what most others pat lip service to; staff welfare. No one takes care of her staff like Mrs. Andah and she would rather, and has on many occasions, placed the welfare of her staff far and above profit. She has poured her spirit into the school and this has helped maintain the standards for 25 years. Mrs. Andah is also a self-styled anonymous philanthropist who lends to a number of causes and charities, personally and through her church.

Mrs. Mosunmola Oyetola

Mosun, as she is fondly called, is our Head of Administration/Administrative Officer. Promoted from Front Desk Officer to this higher, more demanding office, she completely embodied the role and has grown to fit the requirements and demands of the office, carrying out her duties with passion, diligence and the best interest of the school at heart. She spends her days managing the non-academic staff, managing the school official phone line and working closely with the school administrator to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Mrs. Ebunoluwa Okechukwu

Another one of our veteran staff members, Mrs. Okechukwu serves learning manager for the Year 3 class and has a flare for teaching Mathematics. She is also an expert in Nelson Penmanship and organizes the program for teachers to improve their board writing skills. She is quiet and reserved but also full of potential, intelligence and efficiency. In January 2023, she became the Primary Section Coordinator; a role that saw her come out of her quiet place to assume a more interactive personality. Thus far she has gradually embodied the role and is achieving her targets and responsibilities quite nicely.

Mr. Ojewale Adeleke

This is our Yoruba teacher who also doubles as our Transportation Manager. In his capacity of Transport manager he is responsible for the school buses and the school bus drivers. He works closely with the administrative office to ensure that buses are in tiptop shape at all times, handles fueling and structures the bus routes for pick-ups and drop offs of children every day of the term and session.

Mr. Remilekun Adegboyega

Meet our longest tenured staff member. Mr. Ade as he is fondly called, has been in Kiddie Quest since 2004, just 6 years after the school commenced operations. Presently, he manages the Year 4 class and is an integral part of school life. Whenever there is a school event, you can rely on Mr. Ade to be quick on his feet with handling drinks and food disbursement efficiently. He is also the coordinator of our extracurricular department and manages all the external club facilitators.

Mrs. Oluwabusayo Akinsanya

Defined by calmness and passion, Mrs. Akinsanya creates a warm aura that attracts everyone to her. She is presently the learning manager for the Year 2 class and specializes in English lessons. She also has a proficiency with Nelson penmanship making her board writing a beauty to read. She can be (and has been) referred to as a bleeding heart of Africa, as she is a natural empath, always caring and available to offer help wherever and whenever needed.

Mr. Abdukerim Egbomeade

One of our new in-takes, but quickly entrenching himself in the standards and vision of the school, meet Mr. Keri, our I.C.T. and Coding instructor. Mr. Keri would probably be one of the fastest members of the new staff body to settle in and make himself a part of the family. He is courteous, friendly and willing to get involved in other aspects of school life not directly related to his primary assignment. He established himself as reliable and one that other staff members can call upon and depend on, when they need help. He is familiar with the working of electronics and expectedly joined the Media Department in school where he is present for all school event, helping out with the sound production, visual projection, internal photo and video coverage amongst other things. He is very protective of his ICT room and maintains it in pristine conditions always.

Mr. Samson Josiah

Mr. Josiah (mostly always called Mr. Samson, is our final year (Year 6) class teacher. Probably one of his most endearing qualities would be his passion and dedication to his pupils, especially those who are exceptional and need help. You would typically find him come in early or stay back a bit later after close of school to have individualized learning with these children to make sure they understand the concepts taught in class. This he does, without prompting from management. He is willing to jump in where needed, even when it’s not his responsibility, and offer assistance to the best of his ability. He is also our resident football club manager; another one of his many passions.

Mr. Emmanuel Loco

Strangely, not too many establishments or schools for that matter pay much attention or recognition to their drivers. At Kiddie Quest, we consider the driver to be as important as, if not more than, the teachers. The reason simply being that they are responsible for conveying our most prized clientele to and from school and home respectively, on these Lagos roads. Our drivers are subjected to continuous training and refresher courses not just in vehicle maintenance and driving skills, but also in negotiation, conflict resolution, customer service, emotional intelligence and social ethics. This assures us to a large extent that our children are in the best possible hands when they on the bus, either heading to school or heading home. For extra measure, we assign a bus chaperone to each bus alongside its driver. These chaperones are teachers from the school and exposed to the same training as the drivers. Mr. Loco and his team of drivers are a product of that training and have carried out their duties safely and successfully without incident for years.
